I’m not going to go into much detail, but never be afraid to take time for yourself and make sure you are alright.

The last few months haven’t been the easiest, and I decided to take a bit of time to refocus myself, get back to things I love doing and just making sure I was in the right head space.

Mental health is so important, never be afraid to talk to someone!
